A. The rights of privacy has been hempered in this situation. Becausd it is against the policy of privacy to discuss about one patient in front of other and specially mentioning their name is the biggest offence.

B. Yes, its our duty to discuss this with them in a calm and quite manner and make them orient about the existance of this law The nurse can also discuss this issue with the head nurse of her department or the legal associte and tell them to make provision to make health profession aware about the existing law.
