Wanna know about Brexit's impact on UK
Bottom line is what I understood. (If there is anything wrong, let me know.) :
Because of Brexit, Pound fell dramatically. What makes Pound fallen is increasing 'uncertainty' of World economy about UK economy.
here is my question. : Is it 'always'(in every ways) bad to add the uncertatinty to market for one country(=in this situation, UK)? In the long term, (if any) what could be the advantage of brexit for UK? / and Are there any other reasons for 'decrease of pound' except uncertainty?
Explanation / Answer
As Britain has voted to opt out of the European Union after the refrendum of 1975 when people wanted to continue , this time the country has opted to vote out. However people trust that the economy will be more independent in terms of immigration decisions and save the extra membership fees country had been paying since ages. However this decision will strongly impact financial market ,pound has fallen by 11% and stock markets have fallen in Asia .Free trade and investments are directly impacted ,new companies will face difficulty in generating funds specially during their time of growth .This uncertainity in market is major reason for pound to lose its value .The impact is expected to be long lasting from the research and investment sector to the trade , all will feel the change from the decision taken.
