going with rental agreements is completely acceptable and ethically also it is correcty. it is not any kind of unacceptable issue and can be practicable. usually in these agreements the land lord will agrees to lend his land for a specific period for a pre fixed cost. and during the tenure he is not allowed to increase the cost of the land. and at the same time the borrower also should not go back from the contract with any reason.
in this way both the parties will be benefited with this move. so, i will accept that because of rental agreements the cost of rentals will be controlled.
