Explanation / Answer
No all government expenditure are not good for the economy. Because some of them are not good.
Expenditure by the goverment to acquire new technology for producing different type of necessary goods at a lower cost will be considered as a good expenditure.
Whereas a bad expenditure could be the unemployment insurance. Because it will lower the incentive to do work.
Less things provided by the government (like the US) and lower taxes would be better because in this case due to lower tax rate people have higher disposable income and can buy products according to their choice which is not present in the case of more things provided by the government (such as free healthcare and free education, like many European countries) and higher taxes.
