Explanation / Answer

The institutional structure in India is not very supportive to growth despite of the fact that this country is the largest democracy. The freedom to earn in this country is only half true because the political institutions have opened the path for growth and hindered it also because of their half measure policies. Privatisation of many government companies may promote growth but determination to do so is missing.

There are basically six major growth determinants and we see that out of these six, natural resource, human resource and demand factors are there in India while it lacks on efficiency factors, capital goods and technology because of late and slow growth as well as incompetent polices.

As per the articles we see that the ruling government try to make policies which may promote growth and productivity but lacks the structure and determination of actually implementing it. This articles have cited multiple exaamples for the same. In India there is also examples of favoring the rich companies and corporate at the cost of public welfare.
