1) Telehealth technology is nothing but monitoring the patient form his/her home through telephone or video call and computer. This technology helps a lot for the patient as he may or may not be in a position to reach hospital in time.So inorder to give him medical care as soon as possible,this method is the best method.This can be accessed through videos,images or live interaction or audio or monitoring via telephone.Coming to the patient privacy and confidentiality of personal data,it can be maintained by using high level data security.The staff and the nurse who are involving in this will be trained as per rules and they should be given appropriate training in dealing confidential issues.In this way,the data of a particular patient will be maintained confidentially.

2) I have seen a recent case for a person who is of 52 years of age and he is suffering with asthama.The daily treatment for his asthma should be given by using a asthma controlling nebulizer.I have spoken to their family members and trained them how to fix the equipment and how to take care of him.Initially they went little bit confused but when i trained them once again,they got a clarity that how to take care of him.They feel very happy and comfortable with this telenursing technique and i think this will be very useful for that patient in his daily life and also incase of any emergency
