Business today are experiencing profound pressured to reform and improve their stakeholders related practices and the impacts that those practices have on stakeholders and the natural environment, that is to manage for responsibility.Pressures for managing responsibility today derive from three general sources..primary stakeholders such as owners , employers ,customers and suppliers ;secondary stakeholders such asNGO'S and activists and governments; and general societal trends and institutional forces.On the other hand EOC is a representative of a whole new design of corporate culture. It means dat that people will choose to work for you.It means that people will choose to really dedicate themselves to your success.It means that people will choose to stay with u,even when dey are being courted by recruiters from other employers. Following are the benefits of becoming an EOC employee
