1) Develop the idea

Best business in the recession period would be running a business that trade goods with lower cost

People will have less money during recession so certainly boom time businesses wont work.

Something like buying or selling old goods will be great

2) Business plan:

Classifieds posted by lazy people are the first target, Our intention is to buy goods for a lower cost, Repair them and sell for higher costs

It must include washing machines ( Usually just snapped belt) the machine will run fine after you replace belt.

So all durables can be sold as second hand, This will have much higher margins and you would only need one mechanic to repair all the broken stuff
