The case is about union shop and the right of union employees who are already a part of union shop are eligible to work for the company. The two parties can conflict and the government needs to intervene as the company believes it can fetch cheap labour rather than hiring people from outside. But the union people does not allow the same to happen. Government in such a case needs to intervene and provide solutions in term of family benefits, health, wage etc which is under the budget of company and welfare of union employees. Also, workers can join union by working for a stiputed period of time as decided by the company and basis union leaders and worker judgement they are eligible to join union. Benefits to both parties should be looked into while intervening .
