Limited access to healthcare impacts people’s ability to reach their full potential, and negatively impacts a person’s quality of life. In 2012, the U.S. health care system, which is already overloaded, faces an incoming 32 million Americans who will have health care insurance for the first time. In approximately 250 words, describe what impact does the Affordable Care Act, signed into law by President Obama, mean and what impact will this have on health care costs, ready access, and quality of care?

Health of a person is a vital thing for everyone. Without a proper health it is difficult for each and every people to live a better life. U.S being a developed country gives a lot of importance on its people's health. Being a President Barrack Obama was responsible towards the welfare of the people. He signed for the health insurance for the people in 2012 clearly predicts that he is responsible towards his people. By Affordable care act as the name suggest it can be afforded by every people. Regular routine check ups would be there for everyone and it has been made sure it covers all the people in the country. Backward household people are the targetted ones and also women children and old are given prior importance. It is also seen no sections of the people is deprived from this facility. But on an economic point of view as the number of people are increasing costs of providing the health services are also increasing. Congestion into this can deteriorate the quality of care which is normal. So it should be seen that only targetted population comes under this scheme. Welfare will automatically rise in that case.
