In health care organisation being a leader in management level i will understand the structure of the organisation first interms of total staff, hospital facility, timings. According to it to avoid overlaping, stress and strain among the staff i fix duty timings in rotational shifts.

Create a weakly roaster for the staff

Have monthly one on one discussions if they have any problem in work place, for the employee satisfaction fot the effective care delivery.

Give every quarter appreiaitons to gain staff's complete attension towards work.

Conduct recreational activities for festivels to create family and friendly atmosphere

Plan to give annual increments based on thier performance for the employee retension
