In health care organisation being a leader in management level i will understand the structure of the organisation first interms of total staff, hospital facility, timings. According to it to avoid overlaping, stress and strain among the staff i fix duty timings in rotational shifts.

Have monthly one on one discussions if they have any problem in work place, for the employee satisfaction fot the effective care delivery.

Conduct recreational activities for festivels to create family and friendly atmosphere
