Business intelligence plays acrucial role in reducing the cost, increase the revenue and improving the patient safety and outcomes within the standards and regulations. It plays a major role in financial operations including identifying both highly profitable and underutilized services, monitoring the cash flow and generating compliance reporting.
3, Using information technology:
Using informatiormation technology, not only it helps to store, but also helps to communicate, share information, and take action that will improve the quality of life. It include,
Electronic health records- That will help to store health information and it allows the doctor to keep the track of patient health information and enable them to access information and also it helps to share the information to the specialists when they need it.

4, Aligning the business and informatics:
In hospital, aligining of business and informatics helps in adressing the rural ambulatory practices, maximise the system functionalities, analyze the data to identify missed oppurtunities and to monitor for improvement in outcome/mange the patient population with in practice.
5, Managing change:
Managing change includes evaluating, planning,and implementing the operations, tactics and strategies and make sure that the change is worthwhile and relevant. In trying to manage the change at the organizational level, hospital may experience some of the challenges, the nedd for an effective fall prevention program, an interdisciplinary approach and shared ownership and accountability not penetrating through all the levels of staff. This can be overcome by strong link to leadership, clear aim, access to rersources to accomplish aim.
