For her back pain she is using Aspin, it is not relevant to her symptoms but it should be used only upon doctors recomendation.

12Ans: Seizures is nothing but some electrical disturbance in the brain resulted in jerking movements and all. rule out the cause of seizure and type of seizures. collect past and present medical history and how frequently he get. Initially give symptomatic treatment and followed by consultation with neurologist (medical) with CT brain report. If symptoms get more worsen shift him to ICU.

13Ans: Explain him about the condition Gout is a kind of arthritis caused by a build up of uric acid crystals in the joints. and the use o a recommended drug Allopurinol is used to treat gout and certain types of kidney stones. It is also used to prevent increased uric acid levels in patients receiving cancer chemotherapy. Counsel the patient on diet. explain him that if he doesn't take medicine regularly he may end up with kidney failure and all. give psychological support that he can lead a normal life like healthy person only if he takes medicine regularly.
