Office manager: The office manager is also called as an administrative service manager. In the health service the office manager is a person responsible for the strategic, financial and day to day activities like running of hospital, general practitioner (GP) or community health services. Managers act as a link to assist communication between (people or groups) with clinical and non-clinical staff and other partner organizations, while considering the demands of political policy and local circumstances.

According to the given situation at first I will assign tasks individually, for each one specific task, with this kind of attitude and work they cannot complete it. Once they fail to complete it, I will ask the reasons for their failure. They know that they are not doing well. Next I will set and spread strict guidelines towards the work. The guidelines are about attending the work in time, taking the responsibility of the work as self, need to perform their role according to the needs of the organizations. Later I will introduce hikes to the people who complete their targets in time with given set of conditions. The one who failed to complete them will be providing second chance, if still they fail in second time also, they will fired. Employee attitude is more important than talent. The one who have right attitude will be retained and the one who do not have it will be fired from the work. One nasty fellow will spoil entire team work. So I provide them the importance of team work and what problems face by all if one person failed to deliver his actions. So, next i will try to buildup team work in the organization. divide all the people into different teams, each team will be leaded by one person, it will be in rotation model, once i find the right people, I will assign tasks to them and also gives free hand to them at work.
