Explanation / Answer
Nurse active listening:
You can become an effective nurse only when you listen to people's problems or concerns in a effective way. When you are good listener you will understand actually people problems and their suffering symptoms, what actually they need and what best you can do to bring them out of that trouble. Listening can be described as an ability to receive and interpret messages accurately in a communication process. Listening is the main key for every effective communication. If you don't listen to the patient, you will never be able to give good solution for that problem. As a nurse you should first receive what people are trying to explain you then you should understand what the actual scenario is. You should remember all the points which were explained and finally you should be able to evaluate the things and get the best solution out of it. Once you evaluate things you will be able to respond the issue in a right way. All this is possible only when you listen to the problem.
