Risk factors associated with the development of heart disease.
Heart is major and critical organ responsible for pumping of blood and circulation of blood to the whole body including brain. Means here it is acts as a blood machine and if some small breakdown in your machine may lead to impairment of function. There are verious risks factors that altered normal function of heart but some are major and responsible to develop early disease condition.
1. Diet
Our health is depend on what we take inside our stomach. If in our daily lunch and dinner or breakfast we take fruit , vegetables and fresh water then we are free from majority of disease and one of those is heart disease like hypertension , shock , atherosclerosis etc. This is most important and most impacting risk factors. Whenever you take fatty diet , it put load on liver and circulatory system to excrete extra fats. Any load on liver may developed enzymatic dysfunction and that is the origin of disease evolution. Too much fatty diet thicked the internal diameter of blood vessels and results is hypertension which might produce angina pectoris in future.
2. Lack of exercise
Upper middle class and class 1 job people majorly have a issue with lack of exercise. Our body produced lot of toxic substance that are excreted by the urine and faecal matter. If we performed geam regularly then we acts as a helper to body for the excretion of waste substance and results in better health condition. Whenever we are lack of exercise means we are lack of good digestion, lack of toned body etc and ultimate it results in development of heart diseases.
3. Obesity
It is also major risk factors associated with heart disease. Obase people is more prone to heart disease and majorly of they die due to stroke.
Educational plan
1. Regularly drink 7 liter of water
2. Take 8 hours sleep
3. Don't do night shift
4. Take rest whenever feel difficulty in breathing
5. 1 hours exercise early in morning
6. Regular checkup of blood and BP
7. Maintain diet
8. Avoid alcohol and cigarette smoking
