1. I believe that people in general think that food from the media and corporations are presented to us in ways that appeals us to their foods whether we believe is it healthy for us or not. The media and corporations make food look way more amazing in the media than in reality, but it get us in their doors trying different foods. Also food is advertised to us in bargains like for instance the four for four meal at Wendy's, which gives you fries, burger, nuggets and a drink. It is an inexpensive meal to many and it is convenient for a quick meal, but it is not healthy.
2. Yes, many people and myself look a media outlets and corporations and are influenced by the way food and body images are portrayed. Like for example when going through my time line on a social media account I may see someone who has a perfect physique and lean legs and usually the people in these images are promoting or sponsoring proteins shakes, kale shakes, workout plans or some kinds of meal plan with healthy foods. This encourages people to change their ways of bad eating habits to produce a body image that fits.
3. An app I have installed on my phone recently is called Weigh Loss. This app present a 28 day guide to healthy eating, work out plans and exercises, and motivation for helping with weight loss and building a better body image and healthier lifestyle.)

Yes, it is not at all to eat at Wendy's where they only serve the junk food that is fried and do not have any healthy nutrients. Media should also change the way they present the food because people are inclined towards the healthy food and the young generation can deviate from healthy living the way media present the food. Even though it is convenient to have those food but not a healthy way.

It is always good to follow such personalities that have the perfect physique because it inspires you to have a better body and physical exercises are always a good way to maintain your body and if you exercise of high intensities then it is necessary to have protein sources for you. Being healthy comes with many great benefits for your body and keeps you stress free.

The health tracking apps are always a good option to keep your track of healthy diets and exercise routines because maintaining this routine is a tough task. So, apps like this keep you motivated to be on track and give different combinations of food and exercise so that your routine doesn't become monotonous. I would suggest you to keep following this app, it will lead to the great discipline in your routine.
