Fred has heard that the center’s records have not been strictly maintained and that the new manager will be expected to organize the records and to ensure that the facility’s documentation policies are in compliance with all regulatory and accrediting bodies.

Acute care facility is aid to the surgery and major operation which is given next to the emergency treatment whereas non acute facility dealt with temporary and short term treatment of non emergent patient.

Hence data collected in acute is very different to that of non acute treatment.

1. Data collected with each and every day for acute facility (A) to observe patient response to treatment whereas in non acute (NA) data recorded when good response observe by patient.

4. A data may be helpful to know the preventive and future response but it is not happens in NA

5. Data of A is permanent but for NA is temporary.
