Explanation / Answer

1. Location was as suggested on the beach.

I went for a long run on the beach accompanied by my dog. During my run, i encountered sights that pleased my eyes. The sea seemed calm and serene and soothed my eyes. The rush of the waves against the seabed and shore produced a continuous dull soothing rhthym for my ears. I felt more energetic, happy and at peace with myself. For this activity my sense organs were used: touch,smell, vision and hearing.

2. During my outdoor activity i felt at ease and soothed. the sights of the sea and waves were refreshing. It gave me a positive outlook to life.

3. During my activity I was able to stop thinking about my issues and just focus on the beauty around me. This injected positivity into my mind and I was happy.

4. This activity was a boost to my personal well being. It kept me abreast with my senses - touch, feel, hearing. The activity made me aware of my movements and breathing patterns. It also got me thinlking about about certain things with acreative mindset. Also silent communication with my dog knowing he was there was a great benefit. This activity helped me to recapture the spirit of letteing go and playing which has brought a certain balance, clarity and thoughtful and meaninful ideas about myself and others in it. This activity transcended me to the next level in which I was completely at ease with myself.
