As a health care consultant it's my work to help organization in development and prosperity. History is always to improve your organization because from you must learn about mistakes and also right things. Hence history is most important.
Two ways by which organization has been effective
1. My first ways is too provide freedom to people with responsibility. It is my own observations that whenever we are making boundaries to employees we are lacking somewhere. If we give freedom to employees at working place then it is great for us as.our employee become more effective and creative.
2. My second ways is code of behaviour. Behaviour is most important to the development of organisation as well as it helps employees to talk properly with teammates. By this we can become world-class.
Two ways by which it become ineffective
1. Making very strict rules for finance cover. Here I am telling about increment and reimbursement. It's my own experience that company face manpower issue due to such restrictions
2. Termination of employee for non important issue make company ineffective because other employee dear to work in organization and also other employees can't come.
