An important part of Torst Borgen’s work as a physical therapy assistant is working with postoperative patients in their homes. His job is to help them regain strength and range of motion. Exercises prescribed by the supervising physical therapist are often uncomfortable and Torst must encourage as well as instruct patients to perform them. Torst lives alone and enjoys the social aspects of working with patients. He wants them to like him. This sometimes makes it difficult for him to insist that they engage in necessary exercises that are painful.

Here as a professional point of view Torst is a health care provider and person is nothing but the patient. The main word by which both are join is the physiotherapy of patient. If patient is not ill, then Torst might not be there. It is responsibility of Torst to perform his task completely whether it is painful or not because we want result not friendship. Torst responsibility to make patient free of illness not to endulge in relation. It is better to complete our work in the relation of friendship. Torst make friendship with patient but aim is to complete this assign task.

Changes are like that he must adhere to the direction given by his senior. His moto to complete the treatment including painful exercise with the patient. Don't become emotional and focus on therapy.

He is well and good because whenever we are friendly with patient , take this as a career to complete the task. He might change the meaning of friendship. According to me he must think that friendship is nothing but the full assistance to his client. Second thing he must acquire new knowledge of therapy and relieve patient as early as. Tell them their full day plan and work accordingly.
