The healthcare organization can benefit greatly from economic analysis and is most commonly in the form of analyzing of cost-effectiveness. The current issue is the increase in healthcare cost. Allocation of resources is another issue. The kind of value judgment that the economists should concern is to relate the healthcare issues and the justice and the ways to resolve the problem.
Economists have to compare the analysis of the alternative course of a plan in terms of costs and consequences of health programmes and the allocation of resources. Economic evaluation aims to compare the improvement of health with the opportunity costs or value of the best alternative use of resources.
In future, the healthcare service progress by improving the economic evaluation. The need of demand for treatment can be met and the increased number of physicians would benefit from clinical studies and it improves the healthcare delivery and resources.
