Informatics is nothing but the storage of data or retrieval of data which ia most difficult task in today's world as lot of internet thefts are there.

Document is the IPR of any company and they don't want to open this to public and third authority hence to save and safe this data lot of issues are come like

1. Where to store

2. If deleted then corrective procedure

3. Security of informatics

4. How to get expert for this

5. If it corrupt or lost then what was the procedure

Laws are.made.in this like intellectual property right and patent due to which if it use by third party then there must be a penalty.

Actually admin is responsible for what information is available and who has access to sensitive information. For this audit trail is there including admin prepared privileged groups. These decisions are made with the discussion and meeting that what not to be given to lower level employees , second things some vendor recommendation also come for access system.

When it come.to reimbursement , it take lot of time to reimbursement due to which employees lost his interest. Also the flow and procedure is not so smooth that common man can understand.
