according to the survey my score is 16 totally.
All the conditions including environmental factors,sedentary lifestyle,family history,health conditions ,chronic inflammation,general habits and age are the main risk factors for cancers.All these factors can be controlled and avoided which may reduce the risk of developing cancers.This assessment brings a lot of change in the behavioural process of an individual and also creates awareness to be careful .As the assessment given by me,I came to know that regular check of pap test and regular breast self check should be done.Use of sunscreens ,consuming a good diet,avoiding sedentary lifestyle,smoking ,alcohol intake,family history are ther main points stated here in this survey which will be very helpful to all those individuals who are not aware of the outcome.
Healthy life style states the better health care that a person can provide themselves without targetting any diseases.It includes Healthy breakfast and meals to be taken on time without skipping,drink water more,exercise well by walking or any other means,stay out of the sun for a longer time,limit sugar and caffeine beverages.make heakthier choices and stress free mind.These lifestyle changes can help a lot in preventing not only the cancer but also other diseases.
