B) The radioactive uracil would be present in the mRNA sinceit replaces adenine in the mRNA sequence. Since the mRNA wouldcontain the uracil, it would be radioactive.
Part 2) The DNA would not be radioactive because uracil is not used atall during the replication of DNA. Uracil replaces adenine in thereplication of mRNA as mentioned above.
