- no risk of immune reaction.
- availability
- no risk of blood born infection like HIV, HCV etc
Ans b: the patient who has low haemoglobulin willl not be a candiadte for autologous donation. This is only feasible for patient having hb more then 12 and going a planned surgery. Moreover, it is not an option in emergency aituation. Not an option in parient having heamoglobunopathy.
