How to write an appeal, greif and apology letter on the following:

1. On Oct 22, 17 i was taking an exams but have my phone mistaken on the desk. I completed the computerized exams, got a 98% and later the instructor saw the unhidden phone when i have already logged out. She ask for the phone and i handed it to her politely feeling that she is just going to advice the situation. Upon my surprise, she further handed the phone to the dean and i was immediately given a zero. Meaning i failed that class. When i asked the dean she said is the school policy.

2. On Oct 25, 17 again, i went for clinical having this same phone at my possession. After the vital signs, we were sitted waiting for the other group to join us. I tried to look the time when this instructor saw me. She sent me of the clinical and reported me again to the dean. The dean summon a dismissal for me from the course. I now told the dean that, all these phones trouble is because i was monitoring my ailing child who just passed away when i was looking at a time in the hospital. I just saw that message. The dean asked for a proof of my loss and i got it for her. Now i am punished by suspending me 1 year until fall next year to resume classes, and the zero grade on the previous case remain unchanged. Please help me with this 3 different letters on how to put my case

Sub: Apologies and Explanation

Dear Mam/Sir,

     I am ....(your name), studying (course) in (which year) yr, this is regarding usage of phone during the exam on 22 Oct, 17 and clinical time 25 Oct, 17 which lead to suspended me for a year. I am humbly hereby conveying you about my grief that I lost my child recently if I can not see my child photo very oftenly I will psychologically go depressed, till the time I become strong both mentally and physically I should have the same practice as advised by the psychiatrist. That is the reason why I did not hide my phone during computerized test, but I sincerely passed the test. With your permission I can also write the test in front of you and get the same.

During clinical I just saw the time and my child’s photo as well, for that reason they have suspended me by considering this as malpractice.

Kindly have a look at my child’s death certificate and psychiatrist counseling notes. I am sincerely apologizing for violating the rules but kindly take my problem into consideration and keep the test again I will prove myself. Hope you will consider this and will not move a ahead with my suspension order.
