1. Along with cost and efficacy of the drug i will also look for safety of the drug that means which drug has less side effects.

2. I choose Celebrex for the treatment of joint inflammation

3. Because Asprin: Ecotrin (aspirin) can be used for pain and fever relief or heart protection, and is generally very safe and affordable.

Celebrex (Celecoxib) works well for treating pain and causes less upset stomach than other NSAIDs.

But if the patient require it for ling term, i will go with heart problem as celecoxib has adverse effects of heart problems on long term usage.

4. Yeah discount would be appropriate to reduce the cost of treatment.
