They are arranged in four parallel branches as follows: the top branch contains one battery with the positive terminal pointing to the left, the middle branches each contain one battery, positive terminal pointing left, in series with a resistor on the right, and the bottom branch contains one resistor. Current Ib = V/R
Considering the third and bottom branch , these form a loop and
V = Im*R + Ib*R = Im*R + V
