when force applied on m1
11.8*9.8 - T = 11.8*a
T -f - 5.9*9.8 = 5.9*a
11.8*9.8 - 5.9*9.8 -f = (11.8+5.9)*a
but given a =3.266/2 = 1.633
we get f = 28.9159 N
