A) Everyone knows that to prevent from injury and to improve excercise performance we should stretch out before workout.There are some misconceptions - most people cant do splits because of structure of their joints and their length of the ligaments which takes great time to achieve great flexibility ,the statioc stretches such as attempts at doing splits which are done during warm up to improve range of motions and prevents injuries .

A) Some of the health benefits of flexibility and stretching - can reduce stress by burning out calories by stretching for 5-10 min. - stretching improves blood circulation. -improves the range of motion. - reduces muscle soreness after excercise. - improves muscular balance and reduces lower back ache.
