x = 5 cm
A = 5.60 cm

at t=0s...

x = 5.6*cos(phi)...

5 = 5.6*cos(phi)...
phi = acos(5/5.6) =0.467 rad...

F) amax = A*w^2 = 0.056*12.56*12.56 = 8.834 m/s^2

G) E = 0.5*m*w^2*A^2 = 0.5*0.175*(12.56)^2*0.056^2 =0.04328 J
