The answer is 0.083

----r1 60 ohms___r2 90 ohms---
I                        I                       I
I                        I                       I
1V                    6V                     I
I                        I                       I
I                        I                       I
-----------------------r3 120 ohms---

Please show me HOW to get the correct answer. I've seen the notation "//" around the internet - don't know what that is - it's not notation that my prof uses.

Explanation / Answer

current through 1V is i1

current through 6v is i2

i assume positive poles of cells are together

1 = 60*i1 - 6

6 = 210* i2

i1 =0.116 amp

i2 = 0.028 amp
