Q = C V = 13*8.85E-12*pi*0.06^2/0.48E-2= 2.71E-10 C

E = V/d = 13/0.48E-2= 2708 N/C

b) Q would be the same, Q = 2.71E-10 C

V = Q/C = 2.71E-10/(8.85E-12pi*0.06^2/1.2E-2)=32.49 V

E = V/d = 32.49/1.2E-2= 2708 N/C

c) Q would be the same 2.71E-10 C

V = 2.71E-10/(8.85E-12pi*0.95^2/0.48E-2)=0.0518 V
