initail area A = pir^2 = 3.14* 0.733 * 0.733 = 1.687 m^2

when convterted into one turn , total length = 2*2*3.14* 0.733

L = 2pi r = 9.206 m

r = 9.206/2pi

r = 1.466 m

area A = 3.14* 1.466*1.466 = 6.748 m^2

so change of area = 6.748 -1.687 = 5.061 m^2

so now induced emf e = 5.061* 0.635/0.102

emf e = 31.50 volts
