All the options except (E)  are correct .
Therefore (E) is your answer  as production of Co2 in  fermentation is the result   of yeast respiration . The yeast first respires   aerobically &   produces CO2 & water ,& after O2 is   exhausted   it starts respiring   anaerobically to produce alcohol.
