This shift toward a more positive view of creativity has been further reinforced by numerous reports that underscore the important role creative thinking will play in our professional lives in the 21st century. In your experiences, discuss why creative leadership is now viewed as an important skill to possess in your "leadership tool kit" and if you believe that it will become a necessity to spark future change. (Lesson 1) 1. 2. It has long been recognized that affect (attitude, feelings, and emotions) interacts and influences thinking. Bloom recognized that "without an affective domain to partner with the cognitive domain, learning and understanding would not likely go beyond simple transmittal of information." Creativity is very important today to get success professionally. This help an organization to progress in a systematic manner and achieve its goal. Today creativity has become an important factor of an effective leader. It is an important skill of one's leadership tool kit because creativity makes them different from other people. Creative leadership is becoming famous day by day due to many advantages. Its importance and necessity to spark future change can be described with the help of following points-
On the basis of above discussion we can say that the perception of creativity has been changed completely and it has become a necessary part of an effective leadership. Creative leadership reduces complexity and encourage productivity of any organization.
Answer-2- Emotional Intelligence refers to the quality of perceiving our own and others' emotions. This includes the abilities of emotional awareness, problem solving and regulating our emotions. Emotional intelligence plays an important role in creative leadership. This can be described with the help of the following key elements of Emotional Intelligence-
So with the help of above key elements , we can say that Emotional Intelligence has an important role in developing the creative leadership skills in a person. A person with high Emotional Intelligence would be able to understand his team mates' problem and to resolve them.
