V = k * q / r

Vtotal = V1 + V2

Vtotal = k * 6 * 10^-9 / 0.125 - k * 2.5 * 10^-9 / 0.125

Vtotal = 252 V

potential energy of the charges = k * q1 * q2 / r

U = (9 * 10^9 * 6 * 10^-9 * -2.5 * 10^-9) / 0.125

U = -1.08 * 10^-6 J
