A car can decelerate at -3.00 m/s2 without skidding when stopping on a level road. What would be the magnitude of its deceleration if the road were inclined at 15° uphill? (Hint: Do the problem when the car is on a level road to determine the coefficient of friction, the do the problem again when the car is on an inclined road using that coefficient of friction.) This my final attempt at the problem. I have tried 12.364, -12.364, and -5.434. Please try and solve and if you can, how certain you are of your answer. Thought i knew how to do this, but i must not.

a' = - a - g*sin(theta)

a' = - 3 - 9.8 * sin(15)

a' = - 5.54 m/s^2
