Formulate a significant clinical question related to the topic of the systematic review that will be the basis for your capstone change project. Relate how you developed the question. Describe the importance of this question to your clinical practice previously, currently, or in the future. Describe what a research-practice gap is.

Be sure to include all components of the PICO question (P= population, I= Intervention, C= current practice, O= outcome).

   PICO is a process in nursing profession this thchnique used in evidence based practice to frame and answer a clinical or health care related question,,it also used to develop literature search strategies..
Formulating the research question:
Case: A 38year old obese female present with to the clinic with breast tenderness and discharge from her breast for past one week..she noted some abnormalities in her breast..Her mother had a medical history of breast cancer..she is worried abouther breast symptoms due to her mother history..she wants to undergo for futher investigation test to ruleout her problem..
The PICO(population,intervention,control,and outcomes)format is considered a widely known strategy for framing a foreground research question..
Population or problem-from the above case we can find identify womwn having symptoms in her breast,her history,sex,obesity identify this..
Intervention or treatment of interest:
      The intervention can be treatment,procedure,diagnosis test and risk for prognostic factors..in this case mammography,MRI breast,complete blood count,hormone receptor test & the HER2/neu test is the intervention to know her diagnosis..
comparison or control is a treatment paln for her breast disorder..
Outcome to control her symptoms and findout the solution if it is breast cancer..and how much this treatment plan useful for the patient..
