r = sqrt ( ( 10.8 cm /2 ) ^2 + ( 10.8 cm /2 ) ^2 )
= 7.63 cm
The electric force due to each charge on q is
F= k q_a q / r ^2
= ( 9 *10^ 9 ) ( 8.05*10^ -6 C ) (2.45*10^ -6 C) / ( 7.63*10^ -2 m ) ^2
= 30.488 N
Since the charge are at same distance and smamagnitude. the upper two charge are positive and lower two are negative. so the horizontal component of net forces acts on the charge q is zero.

F = sqrt [( 4 F sin ( 45 ) )^2 ]
= 9.286 N
