Explanation / Answer

All these questions are mentioning one at very serious conditions.I agree to need resuscitation on emergency, accept NG tube feeding, want chemotherapy and PEG tube.These will not be change over time.But following category choice may change over time.They are being on ventilator, for dementia being hospitalized.Because once the client can survive only with ventilator it is not possible to keep it for lifelong so the family can take decision on this.Being in hospital is not all time required for dementia.Agree to the heart procedure in that emergency situation.Disagree to resuscitation at 95 years. Because it should decided on the condition of the client. Agree to the physician assisted suicide because such intense pain may lead to that decision.
