Explanation / Answer

1 I think i am in the wellness stage .The thing is that most people are not bothered about their health and only do so when they become sick.Unexpected death due to illness comes as a surprise and questions our very own existence.

2 There are5 main dimensions of health they are physical ,emotional,spiritual ,social and financial.Igo for mental health because it is a state of balance between the individual and the surrounding world ,a state of harmony between oneself and others ,a co-existence between the realities of the self and that of the other people and the environment.Any change in mental health can affect all other health dimensions simultaneously

3 I think spiritual health ,because it relates to our sense of overall purpose in life and it is not so umportant considering with other dimensions.

4 All components are equally important and inorder to live a fullfilling life certain lifestyle dimensions need to be met.It is the integration of six interactive dimensions that influence and balance each other and create wellnessThis can be done by maitaining a sound body through excercise,being in touch with our own emotional presence and being aware and comfortable with our very own thoughts.,embracing the spiritual aspect of life ,developing the ability to able to engage in lively interaction with the world around you,surrounding oneself with healthy work and living environment fully ,and finally maintainingsocial wellness which is about relating,interacting and communicating well with others..When or more dimensions are jeopardized,the others play a great role to balance out the compromised dimensions.

5 For those who embrace the dimensions as a whole versus one part will be happy,healthier and more satisfied than the latter.

6 Apart from my colleagues i think i am pretty healthy .Though at times i fell sick ,i remain healthy and get back to normal life pretty easily compared to my friends.maybe the reason is that i am keeping up with the wellness model and working on my deficient dimension .

7 I try to see this model as a one large circle and divide the circle into equal slices,from 1 to 10 write on the piechart ,if i feel like i am meeting the needs in that area.if there any slices that i am below seven ,write down ways to improve .So that i could remain healthy eventhough i am sick .This i learned during a program initiated during the National wellness week.
