5 - The office politics from the obstruction to professionalism will be most difficult for me to overcome because office politics are one of the obstructions which has mostly the unethical methods involved. It is to move forward in the company by using underhanded scheme or plan. If not to move forward then to relegate someone by using negative connotation. I am not one of those people who is interested in envy of someone or feel bad of other's success and I expect the same to be reciprocated by other employees. If someone uses bad politics against me then I wouldn't know how to handle that situation and the consequences of that will be very difficult to overcome for me.
