The electric field is radially outwards from a positive charge. (Answer is C)
2)
The positive charge will induce an electric charge on the rectangle. On the right hand side of the block the charge induced will be positive and on the left hand side it will be negative.
Because of the positive charge induced on the right hand side, the electric field will also point towards C.

Both electric fields point towards C, so answer is also C
4)
It will be Zero at the center of the rectangle. (see point 2)
