B) the agent is applying the force in direction of motion . this implies positive work
C) as the field is into the plane of paper and flux is decreasing so according to lenz's law the loop will induce current such that it will oppose the change in flux. i.e. induced current will produce field into the plane and for that current has to be clockwise.
D) No, as the magnetic force acting opposite to agent force will deaccelarate the rod and finally took it to rest and then move backwards.
