Veq = RT/zF ln (120/12)
    = 8.314 X 298 / 1 X 96485 ln (120/12)
    = 59.13 mV

After movement of ions inside the cells the concentration will be vary
For eg, Na out = 90 and Na in = 42
Veq = RT/zF ln (90/42)
    = 8.314 X 298 / 1 X 96485 ln (90/42)
    = 19 mV

The equillibrium potential will be decrease.
