Fundamental niche: Is the entire set of conditions an organism can use for its survival and reproduction, this is some sort of imaginary or theoretical, that is the organism is potential to survive in those conditions but those conditions are not available.
Realised Niche: Are the set conditions that are available for an organism after accounting for its interaction with other organisms ( predation, competition etc) for its survival and reproduction
statement 1: says fundamental niche is the set of conditions in which organism lived in the past and realized niche is a set of conditions in which organism is living now. I don`t think this is the best answer because the fundamental niche is all set of conditions organism has the potential to survive we can not be sure that conditions in the past cover all those the set.
statement 2: according to statement 2 realized niche is only about the interaction of species with other species in the area, realized niche is the set of conditions in which organism actually survives are reproduces, I think this should include both abiotic interaction and interaction with biotic factors (example: How can a polar bear can survive in tropical region provided all its competitors and predators are removed and enough food is given? )
