b) Origin should be considered because the straight line must pass through origin.
c) Since they are starting points from where the pattern starts/ends, to avoid any error we dont include them as a part of calculation for D.
d) T varies and accordingly Wavelength varies, and for two strings, the values of are of course different, we would be checking the same by varying T.
e)As Resonance is observed, Beautiful Standing wave pattern is obtained and can be seen.
f) Not preferable compared to other methods like using a simple pendulum etc
