can someone please interpret this for me. This is my first paper and I'm nervous, so just want to make sure I interpret the images correctly
it's immunostaining of larval neuromuscular junction and motor neurons.
First picture is HRP stain, second GFP stain. if anyone can place arrows and just explain the images I would greatly appreciate it. doesn't need arrows, but I just would like explained what the images show so I can write a correct assessment. Thank you to whoever can help me
